How to get a refund

You have the right to notify us in writing that you wish to return the tickets purchased online via the service, without invoking a reason, within 14 days of receipt of the order confirmation, and at least 14 days before the start of the Festival ( May 16th 2018). Tickets refer to Full Festival Passes, Day Tickets and/or Camping Passes.

IMPORTANT! Changing the venue to a new location in the same city does not represent a reason to ask for reimbursement.

You can exercise your right to ask for a refund by sending an e-mail to We will confirm in writing having received your refund request. In order to comply with the refund policy, please send us the refund request before the expiry of the refund request deadline.

Important! The option for ticket refund is valid only if you send us your refund request at least 14 days before the start of the Festival. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse refunding the tickets, and we will send you a message to that effect.

In the event of a refund request, the price of the tickets and all the perceived costs will be refunded if the refund request is in accordance with the above mentioned conditions.

In the absence of any other indication in the refund form, reimbursement will be made:
 - by crediting the bank account from which you made the payment;
 - or by crediting the account you specify in your online refund form;
 - or in cash at our headquarters at Vasile Lupu str., no. 78A, room 1, lot 58, block N1, floor 11, ap. 58, Iași county.

We will not charge you any additional fees for the refund.

In the event that the Festival is canceled or postponed due to our fault as organizers, we take full responsibility for returning the amounts for all purchased tickets and passes, in full, within 30 days of the cancellation / deferment of the Festival.

IMPORTANT! In the event of the withdrawal of one of the confirmed artists at the Festival, be they headliners, we do not take responsibility for refunding the equivalent amount of ticket payment.
IMPORTANT! Refunds are made for the entire order, not for each ticket.
